JCCSF Fitness Center Members enjoy unlimited access to our beautiful 42,000 square foot Koret Center for Health, Fitness and Sport – one of San Francisco's finest health, fitness and aquatics centers. Members must check in at the Front Desk with their membership card. Non-members can access Fitness Center Services and classes by purchasing a daily guest pass. Daily Guest pass: $24 or $12 when accompanied by a member (ID required).

Setting up the right exercise routine is just the beginning. You may also need help maintaining it. With personalized and ongoing support, our professionally trained staff helps you stay motivated and achieve your goals. Choose from more than 30 certified personal trainers, or opt for buddy training – share a trainer and help motivate each other.

A Perfect Fit for Families

The JCCSF offers a warm water recreational pool, designated family swim times and parent/child swim classes. Family pool-users may take advantage of changing rooms solely for the use of parents with children ages 4 – 12 of both genders. And if you need to carve out time for your own workout, we have high-quality childcare for children ages 6 weeks – 10 years.

For Older Adults

We've developed a wide range of group exercise classes geared specifically for older adults, including Senior Fitness, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Aqua Fit, Aqua Fusion, Aqua T'ai Chi, Warm Water Movement, Low-intensity Aqua Fit and Water Running. We also offer on-staff personal trainers who specialize in meeting the needs of older adults.

The JCCSF is proud to do its part for the environment and for your health, with 100% recycled paper products; locker room skin and hair care products that are 100% paraben- and sulfate-free, with only natural fragrance added; Green Seal™ Certified cleaning products; post-consumer recycled plastic bags; water-saving showerheads; and organic skin care products in our Spa.
