Our weekly 55-minute Pilates Reformer classes focus on the basic principles of alignment and overall brain-body awareness. We have beginner classes to ease you into the foundational movement patterns, as well as challenging classes that will test your balance, strength and control on the reformer.
Prior experience with the reformer equipment is required to attend a class, in addition to completing our Wellness Journey Form. If you are new to the reformer, we recommend that you contact us first. This is to ensure that all members in the class are able to keep up with the instruction that the trainers provide.
In addition to our reformer machine classes, we offer private and duet Pilates training sessions in our dedicated Pilates studio, and Pilates mat classes as part of our Mind Body & Renew programming.
