Fitness Member Services

We’re here to help. Just give us some information about what fitness changes you’re looking for in the form below and we’ll get right to it! For other questions, please email our customer support at support@jccsf.org and we’ll do our best to get back to you within three business days.

To guide you, here are a few common requests:

  • “I’d like to return for in-person workouts!” – Great, don’t do anything. All fitness memberships were automatically activated on September 29, 2020 and resumed billing on October 5, 2020.
  • “I’d like to place my fitness membership on a complimentary hold” – Simply fill out the form below, select “Hold” and we’ll place your membership on hold until March 31, 2021. You can come back from hold anytime by visiting this page and selecting “Early return from hold.”
  • While cancellation is an option, we’d love the opportunity to show you the changes we’ve made to the Fitness Center to keep you safe. If you’re on the fence, we get it, but do encourage you to place your membership on hold for now.
