While working a corporate job as a web designer, Virginia explored Pilates as a way to de-stress her body and mind. It clicked. In 2016, she completed Balanced Body University training and has been teaching the modality ever since, along with Pilates and personal training. In class, she cues from an anatomical perspective, which allows for a deeper understanding of the body and how to use it.
