Born and raised in Tel-Aviv, Mimi has a BA in Sociology and Art History, and an MA in Literature from Tel-Aviv University. As a speaker of Spanish, French and German, along with Hebrew and English, her career has been about building connections and exploring heritage. Previously, Mimi was the Director of Art Education at Ilana Goor Museum in Jaffa, Israel. Catch her flamenco dancing as part of the La Tania Baile Flamenco ensemble.
