Chaise believes fitness should feel empowering and sustainable. Her passion for strength training began after recovering from an injury, shaping her focus on building confidence and supporting the mind body connection. With a background in nursing and a NASM CPT certification, Chaise works with clients of all levels to build strength, improve mobility, and develop realistic habits for long term health. Outside the gym, Chaise enjoys hiking, Pilates, heated workouts and exploring San Francisco’s food scene.
