Improve your posture by learning and practicing safe and effective exercises to feel better and sit and stand up straighter.
Virginia Chatham enthusiastically leads the class with a goal to provide the benefits of core strength, alignment, and mindful centering in every session while working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Illness and recovery gave her empathy and positivity and in 2016, she became a Certified Pilates Instructor after completing Balanced Body University. She has comprehensive training in a wide variety of Pilates modalities.
Please note the class is SOLD OUT.
Please note there will be no class January 19 (MLK Day) and February 16 (President’s Day).
The following term will begin on Monday, January 5. This term will run through March 16.

• Classes are held in Room 206 outside of the JCCSF Fitness Center.
