Pilates is a low-impact way to gain flexibility, improve spinal alignment, reduce stress and boost energy. Especially important in an increasingly hectic and sedentary word, pilates classes can help you develop a healthier life and vibrant spirit.

Not only do we have Pilates mat classes as part of our group fitness, but we also have a dedicated Pilates Studio that accommodates private and semi-private training as well as classes using a Pilates Reformer Machine. Expert instructors teach clients to perform with precision and design programs to suit individual fitness goals.

How long is each Pilates session?

Each session is 55 minutes long.

When do Private Session & Group Session Packages Expire?

Private session packages expire 90 days from the date of purchase.

Group class cancellations must be made through jccsf.org/myaccount 24 hours prior to the start of the class to avoid being charged in full.

When can I take Reformer Classes?

Participants must take 3 private sessions before enrolling in a reformer class, or have previous reformer experience.
