EXPLORE, OPTIMIZE & ENERGIZE

Welcome to Healthy Aging Month at the JCCSF.

May is Older American’s Month. What is an Older American – boomer, sage, wise elder, mature, one of the above, all the above? As there is no one answer or one title that fits all, we may agree that we have no consensus on what we’re called or when we enter this ripened stage.

Are we disrupting aging, would we rather not deal with it, are we afraid of it or are we satisfied with where we are and where we’ve been and wouldn’t trade this time of life for anything?

We’ll provide you with a variety of uplifting ways to stay healthy, active and vigorous through the knowledge and experience of experts in the field.

Come to one session or come to all. Advance registration is highly recommended.
