There are values to be curated from the wealth of your experiences, the numbers of people with whom you have interacted, and the bounty of what you have learned. Come together with Rabbi Me’irah Iliinsky for a guided meditation, using the metaphor of the four angels who, in Jewish tradition, constantly surround us. We’ll take a tour of our lives and discover which jewels you want to pick out of your treasure chest and discard that which no longer serves you. Optional sharing afterwards.
After this session, join us for Rabbi Batshir’s presentation at 1:00 pm,Focusing a Jewish Lens on Aging and Wellness.
