Jada Pinkett Smith is an actor, singer-songwriter, talk show host, producer, and businesswoman. She got her big break in 1991 when she landed the role of Lena James on the NBC sitcom, A Different World. Since then, Jada Pinkett Smith has appeared in more than 20 films in a variety of genres, including Menace II Society, Set It Off, Scream 2, Ali, The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, the Madagascar series, Hawthorne, Gotham, Magic Mike XXL, Bad Moms, and Girls Trip.  

For five seasons, she was the co-host of the globally embraced streaming talk show Red Table Talk, for which she has received a Daytime Emmy Award. Time named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2021. Jada is married to actor Will Smith and shares three children with him. Together, the couple founded the Will and Jada Smith Family Foundation, a charity organization which focuses on inner-city youth and family support. The couple also owns Westbrook Inc., a media company that aims to empower artists to tell their stories and connect with the world. 

Sheryl Sandberg is the former COO of Meta and the founder of the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation, a nonprofit organization that works to build a more equal and resilient world through two key initiatives, LeanIn.Org and OptionB.Org. Sheryl serves on the boards of Facebook, the Walt Disney Company, Women for Women International, ONE, and SurveyMonkey. She is the co-author of Option B: Facing Adversity, Building Resilience, and Finding Joy with Adam Grant, and the bestselling author of Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead. 

Bianca Gates is the Co-Founder and CEO of Birdies, the company that created a new category of footwear with the stylish flats that are secretly slippers. Prior to Birdies, Bianca was a Sales Executive at Meta, where she worked with retail and gaming Executives to help them leverage their data and the social graph to scale their businesses. Bianca is passionate about bringing women together to help them achieve their dreams and started the first Lean In Circle with Sheryl Sandberg in 2013. Bianca grew up in Southern California as the oldest child of Latin American immigrants and is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine.
