It’s time for GROOV3™, the hottest hip-hop inspired cardio dance class in Los Angeles, now at the JCCSF! Get your feet moving and your blood pumping with easy-to-learn moves that will make you feel like a dance superstar. A live DJ creates a club-like atmosphere where you can sweat, move and find your groove. All fitness levels welcome.

About the instructor:

Benjamin Allen is an industry insider with over 20 years in the business. His humble career started by working as a dancer and choreographer in Film, Television and Live Stage shows. Using his talents and passion for teaching, Allen branched out to create his own brand of Dance Fitness called GROOV3. With a mission to inspire positive change in people’s lives, the format has a global reach with instructors uniting communities using a signature formula; great music and accessible choreography. Recently Allen has taken his career to new heights as one of the founding trainers for Apple’s on-demand fitness platform, Apple Fitness+. For Ben Allen, there is nothing better than the joy he receives from sharing the gift of dance.
