In observance of Passover, the JCCSF is closed tomorrow, April 23. Happy Passover!

Your center for culture, curiosity and celebration

To continue offering programs that spark curiosity, we need you. To make the Jewish culture loud and proud, we need you. To provide access to educational resources to the greater community, we need you.

Donate now to build a future as big and bright as we can imagine.

Your donations are used to:

  • ELEVATE our commitment to Jewish culture and identity through community holiday pop-ups throughout San Francisco, classes including Hebrew and Queercore Talmud, and innovative modern ways to share and celebrate our traditions.
  • INSPIRE our broader community of youth and families to participate in preschool, swim school and summer camp through almost $400k in financial assistance.
  • PROMOTE INCLUSION by offering DEI training for staff, and educational resources to support children’s individual and social emotional learning.
  • TEACH free arts enrichment classes to over 400 San Francisco low-income K-5 students.
  • RECRUIT top-notch teachers, lifeguards, swim instructors and counselors to offer the highest quality experience for our families.

We are filled with gratitude for all you help us accomplish.

Donation FAQs

Why is my gift important?

The JCCSF is a non-profit and we are dependent on donations, membership fees and registration fees to pay our creative and dedicated staff that brings you all the innovative programming and activities you enjoy.

The JCCSF At the Heart of It All Campaign is a way for us to live our purpose – as an institution and as individuals – and maintain our integrity in the face of dramatically changed circumstances. With it, we will emerge stronger than ever.

Does my contribution really make an impact at the JCCSF?

Yes! Every gift, no matter the size, makes an impact at the JCCSF. As we revitalize, we continue expanding our programming including youth sports and dance classes, online Hebrew classes, pop-ups around the city, and onsite lectures and events. Your gift helps ensure we can continue to focus on all the vibrant programming and activities, both virtual and in-person, you’ve enjoyed over the years.

What are the ways I can give to the JCCSF?

There are so many ways to give! The easiest way is to make a gift online.
