Warren often reminds students, “Begin with the breath. From there, everything builds.” A Chicago native, Warren spent years immersed in powerlifting and bodybuilding before discovering yoga and meditation. Yoga became the contrast that led to a healthier way of life, and today he shares that path, helping students build a more balanced approach to fitness.
Warren’s Vipassana meditation training with the late, highly respected Buddhist monk and renowned meditation master Ven. Pemasiri Thera in Sri Lanka shapes the steady, mindful presence he brings to every class. Warren’s sessions blend thoughtful sequencing with breath awareness, balance, deep relaxation, and space for self-healing. Trained in Vipassana mindfulness meditation, he integrates awareness of in and out breathing into each practice.
He has shared his teaching in Spain and Morocco and has certified yoga teachers through training programs in the United States and internationally. On Fridays, you’ll find him on the mat, guiding students back to the breath.
