Patricia Ann Jasper

Lead Teacher – Rosenberg Early Childhood Center

Youth & Family

Patricia Ann Jasper is a Lead Teacher who brings heart, creativity, and deep care to JCCSF Preschool. With ECE Associate Teacher and Practitioner Certificates, and as she works toward completing her A.A. in Early Childhood Education, Patricia Ann is committed to creating classrooms where children feel safe, seen, and truly celebrated for who they are.

Patricia Ann’s path to teaching was shaped by the educators who supported her voice and confidence when she needed it most. Those experiences continue to guide her practice today. She is passionate about being a steady, encouraging presence for young children, building a space where they can express themselves freely, grow socially and emotionally, and discover their own strengths.

In the classroom, Patricia Ann focuses on nurturing curiosity, creativity, and resilience. She believes early learning should be joyful and inclusive, and that strong partnerships with families help children thrive in every part of their lives.

Outside of school, Patricia Ann enjoys long walks, photography, and expressing herself through singing, songwriting, and poetry. She loves exploring San Francisco’s cultural corners—including her favorite hidden gem, the Japantown Center—where food, community, and creativity meet.
