Improve your posture by learning and practicing safe and effective exercises to feel better and sit and stand up straighter.
Virginia Chatham enthusiastically leads the class with a goal to provide the benefits of core strength, alignment, and mindful centering in every session while working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Illness and recovery gave her empathy and positivity and in 2016, she became a Certified Pilates Instructor after completing Balanced Body University. She has comprehensive training in a wide variety of Pilates modalities.
This current term runs through March 16.
The following term runs from March 23 to May 18.

• Classes are held in Room 206 outside of the JCCSF Fitness Center.
