Chair Yoga: Increase Strength, Balance & Flexibility

Ages 18+

Engage in supported yoga poses to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Create a routine that works while embracing community through shared practice.

Please register for the class here.

Chair yoga is a supportive and gentle way to increase flexibility, bone density, range of motion, body awareness, and mindfulness. Perfect for those with arthritis, mobility challenges, recovering from injury or those who want to learn with others. We’ll utilize a sequence of postures to help reeducate and realign the body, lessen stress and anxiety, assist with healing, increase stability and improve bone density and muscular strength. Robin’s centered and mindful approach, tailored to students of all ages and experience levels, builds confidence and nourishes the soul.
