JCCSF Perks FAQ

How do I sign up?

  • Go to jccsf.perkville.com.
  • Click on “Join” and enter your email address.
  • Perkville will automatically send you a confirmation email. Open the email message and click the link to activate your account.
  • Follow the prompt to set up your password and log into your Perkville account. Now that your account is activated you will see a tally of your total earned points.

How do I earn points?

  • Go to jccsf.org/perks to view the list of point-earning activities. OR...
  • Log into your JCCSF Perks account at jccsf.perkville.com and click on the “View Rewards” button located in the box on the left.
  • Then click “View Rewards Program.”   
  • Scroll down until you see “Earning Perks.” This shows you the full list of point-earning activities.

How many points do I have?

  • Log in to jccsf.perkville.com with your email and password.
  • A tally of your total earned points will automatically appear in the box on the left.

What rewards can I get?

How do I redeem points?

  • Sign in with your email address and password at jccsf.perkville.com.
  • Click on the “View Rewards” button located in the box on the left.
  • Then click “View Rewards Program.”        
  • At the top you'll see “Redeeming Perks.” This shows you the full list of rewards.
  • Items listed in blue with the word “Redeem” to the right are available for you to redeem.
  • Click “Redeem” on the item you want.
  • You'll receive an email confirming your redemption.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing.

How does the referral program work?

  • You earn 1,000 points when a friend outside of your membership joins the JCCSF Fitness Center. Your friend simply needs to mention your name to our membership team when they sign up.
  • Note: Referral points are not issued for adding members to your own membership.

How can I change the frequency of email notifications from Perkville?

  • Sign in with your email address and password at jccsf.perkville.com.
  • Click on your name in the upper right corner.
  • Click on “Settings.”
  • Under “Account” click on “Email.”
  • Under “Customer Notifications” choose the frequency with which you'd like to receive email notifications from Perkville.
  • Click “Save.”

I'm having problems activating my account.

  • You may be using a different email address than the one we have on file in our system.
  • Please update your contact information at jccsf.org/perksinfo. OR...
  • Update your information at the interactive monitor located at the Front Desk.
  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your account update to be processed. Once your email is updated in our system you should be able to successfully activate your JCCSF Perks account.
