Rosh Hashanah Family Festival

Ring in the Jewish New Year with the celebratory sounds of the shofar followed by a live magic performance, Rosh Hashanah crafts, High Holiday rituals and the sweet flavors of the season.

Join us for Rosh Hashanah crafts, mindful moments, music, magic, bee dancing and High Holiday rituals. Set your intentions for the New Year, and of course, enjoy apples, honey and sweet flavors of the season.

Hosted in partnership with Repair the World, The Kitchen, PJ Library, Nosh with Micah, Jonathan Bayer & the Adar Brass Band, JIMENA, Miriam Peretz, Wise Sons, Magicology and the SF Beekeepers Association.

3:00 – 4:30 pm – Crafts, music, roaming magic, rituals and holiday treats

4:30 pm – Live musical performance with Jonathan Bayer and the Adar Brass Band

Donate non-perishable food and household goods at JFCS’s Annual High Holidays Food Drive to help thousands of people in our community struggling with food insecurity. We’ll have a collection bin in our atrium from September 5 – October 13.
