Sabrina loves helping people feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident through Pilates. She discovered the practice while managing low back pain and quickly saw how it supported everything from daily movement to athletic performance. A Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, Sabrina focuses on creating a safe, empowering, and fun environment that keeps clients coming back to Pilates as a lifelong practice. Outside the studio, she enjoys cycling, playing volleyball and exploring new coffee shops.
