Marcus believes physical fitness and mental health go hand in hand. That’s why the San Francisco native adopts a coaching style that’s engaging and challenging, yet achievable, so his clients can be pushed to their limits “without even noticing.” With an A.A. in Exercise Science and B.S. in Kinesiology Personal Training, Marcus stands by the phrase: The greatest barrier to success is the fear of failure. When he’s not helping others reach their wellness goals, Marcus is spending time with his dog, Blu, or checking out new restaurants.
