Jason believes that fitness is a lifelong journey and not just a road trip.  Jason chose to pursue personal training to guide people in their quest for physical and emotional health. With 15-plus years of experience, he has particular interest in helping clients with their range of motion, applying movement to “sleepy” muscle groups and coursing through various stretching techniques. Whether it be to help with frozen shoulder, lower back pain or impingement, he coaches toward relief of symptoms. Jason also specializes in functional training and weight loss. When the Massachusetts native isn’t training, you can find him Alpine skiing, delving into gastronomy and exploring the outdoors.
