Patron Policies

Tickets

We’ve recently updated our ticket refund and exchange policy. We understand that plans change, but at this time we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges.

Late Seating

We try to begin performances as close to their starting time as possible, so please be on time. All late arrivals may or may not be seated, at the discretion of the House Manager.  Please do not attempt to seat yourself during the performance; we’ll assist you to a seating area. This policy is designed for your safety and security. Thank you for your cooperation.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

You should receive a ticket purchase confirmation email right after you buy your ticket online. Hang on to that email in case we need to double check on your or your guest(s) admission on the date of the event. If you didn’t see a confirmation email from the JCCSF, check your junk or spam folder. Not there either? Contact support@jccsf.org or call the front desk at 415.292.1200.

Reduced Rate Parking

Reduced rate event parking is available in our underground garage for most Arts & Ideas events. To receive reduced rate parking, bring your parking ticket to the Front Desk inside the JCCSF or let the parking attendant know you attended an event when exiting the garage.

Services for Patrons with Disabilities

All events are wheelchair accessible. To request wheelchair seating or have other seating needs, please call the Front Desk at 415.292.1200

Sign Language Interpreters are available upon request. Please call the Front Desk at 415.292.1200 at least 72 hours in advance of the program.
