Do I have an account already?

If you have previously registered for a JCCSF class online, purchased tickets to an Arts & Ideas event, or have a membership, you may already be in our system.

How do I check if I have an account?

Click the “Create an account” link at jccsf.org/myaccount, fill in the required information and use the email that is most likely on file with the JCCSF and click “submit”.

If you see an alert that says “This user already exists,” you already have an account. Click “Reset Password” and a system generated e-mail will be sent to you so you can choose your own password. Once your e-mail/username and password are set up, you can continue with registration.

How do I create an account or log in?

STEP 1: You can create an account or login at jccsf.org/myaccount.

STEP 2: Enter in previously created log in information or click “Create an account”. Account holders must be 18 or older. If you want to register a child for a program, they can be added after creating an account.

STEP 3: Once in your account, you can sign up for classes and programs for youth and adults, access your transaction history, billing and contact information, or change your user name/password.
