SF Pride Parade: Proud & Jewish

Join JCRC Bay Area, JCCSF, Keshet, Sha’ar Zahav, A Wider Bridge, and Jewish Community Federation as we proudly walk in the 55th annual San Francisco Pride Parade – celebrating joy, inclusion and solidarity down Market Street!

We’ll have even more energy this year with a celebratory float, a DJ and dancers. Plus, all participants get swag to style out in and a free Pride tee. All ages and abilities are welcome. Advance registration required.

We’ll gather at the Parade Assembly Area downtown and end at the Civic Center Celebration Area.

The Parade is about a 1 – 1.5 mile walk

Need a ride? There will be limited spots available to reserve in a vehicle for those who cannot walk the parade length and one companion guest. Email Lorenn Kassel at [email protected] for more information.

Make sure to register to receive an email a few days before the parade for further details.

We recommend bringing:

• Water bottle
• Comfy walking shoes
• Sunscreen
• Hat
• Pride style, including flags, rainbows, and spirited swag!

A Note About Parade Safety & Security
Safety and security at the JCCSF is our top priority, and that extends to programs that happen outside of the JCCSF building. While we cannot control all variables at a public parade, the JCCSF security team is collaborating with SFPD, Jewish Community Federation, JCRC, and Keshet security personnel and SF Pride organizers to attend to the safety of the participants of our Jewish community contingent. We remain in close touch with law enforcement and adjust our safety plans as needed. There are many SFPD officers along the entire route and JCCSF safety and security personnel will be with our contingent, along with staff and community leaders trained in emergency protocols. We believe in preparation to enable a joyful celebration in honor of LGBTQ+ Pride. Thanks for walking with us.
