Join us for Taste of Talent’s DAYENU – the quintessential Passover concert that tells the story of the Exodus through music. Mixing soulful Yiddish and Sephardic songs with creative arrangements and new works, this musical journey takes the story of Passover to exciting new places. From the Prince of Egypt by Stephen Schwartz, to Jazz, Cabaret and Operetta composed by Jews who were imprisoned during the Holocaust, you’re in for a powerful journey toward freedom.
Led by producer and pianist Ronny Michael Greenberg, and featuring the cantorial soloist of Sherith Israel Simon Barrad, internationally acclaimed countertenor Aryeh Nussbaum Cohen, and violinist Elizabeth Castro Greenberg, DAYENU is a production of Taste of Talent’s concert series initiative in the Bay Area, JIVE: Jewish Innovative Voices & Experiences.
Our thanks to Betty and Jack Schafer for making DAYENU possible at the JCCSF.
