David is the Chief People & Culture Officer and has come to the JCCSF where he draws from his diverse experience in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, tech start-ups and non profits.

With a passion for building strong, inclusive teams, David has dedicated his career to supporting the growth and success of people and organizations. His focus has been leading culture and talent strategies that foster both high performance and happiness at work.

Originally from Poughkeepsie, New York, David now lives in Marin with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys all things culinary, hiking, fly fishing, golf, and adventures with his wife and two sons. You might find him on Marin’s Middle Green Gulch Trail or sitting at the pub at The Pelican Inn.
