Sheena Lister

Sheena Lister
Athletic Program Manager for Program Development, Adult & Camps

Sheena hails from Calgary, Canada and is a former division I college tennis player. She recently completed a Masters in Sport Management at The University of San Francisco where she honed her passion for athletics and entrepreneurship. In Sheena's role as Athletic Program Manager, she manages team formation and registration and helps parents navigate the registration process with outside leagues, including SF Viking Soccer and SF Youth Baseball. Sheena also works to integrate the JCCSF's youth sports philosophy, Redefining the Score, into programming, and works in close partnership with Chance to ensure a positive, enriching and fun sports experience for all participants and their families.

Chancelor Daniel

Chancelor Daniel
Athletic Program Manager for Youth and Coach Development
Chancelor is a former college soccer player, devoted Arsenal fan and dog lover. He has a combined 21 years of experience coaching on the club, high school and college levels. In his role as Athletic Program Manager, Chancelor directs the JCCSF Coaching Academy, supervises and mentors youth sports coaches, and manages the day to day needs of youth sports classes, teams and leagues, to ensure a positive, enriching and fun youth sports experience for all participants and their families. Chance is currently pursuing a Masters in Organization and Leadership at University of San Francisco where he is honing his passion for coaching and leadership.

Kris Morgan
Youth Athletics Class Coordinator

Kris has been coaching at the JCCSF for one year and recently assumed the role of class coordinator. Kris comes to us from Illinois where he was an archaeologist at The University of Illinois. He has a deep passion for all things baseball and basketball and recently discovered his love for soccer. Kris believes in structure, discipline and teamwork and always brings his enthusiasm and fun attitude to each practice and game.


Regina Aguilar
Athletic Department Administrative Assistant

Regina is a San Francisco native and has worked for the California Culinary Academy, San Jose Sharks and Oakland Athletics providing customer service and support to a variety of departments and clients.  She believes in Mia Hamm’s philosophy in work and play, “ If you don’t love what you do, you won’t do it with much conviction or passion.” When she’s not at the desk, you can find her training for and running half marathons throughout the year.

Craig Salgado

Craig Salgado
Director of Athletics & Aquatics

Craig has been at the JCCSF for eighteen years and in that time has coached many dozens of youth sports teams in all sports ranging in age from five years to sixteen years. Now retired from active coaching he is still passionate about the impact a coach can have on a young athlete. He still spends many hours visioning new ways that the JCCSF can help coaches develop their craft and further enhance the impact they can have on young people. Craig’s current role is to oversee two large department areas of the JCCSF: Athletics and Aquatics.
