Mary Ann Grossman
Major and Legacy Gifts Officer
Development
Mary Ann uses vibrant storytelling to connect our mission to our people. It’s work that she fully embraces, having served as Director of Development for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in NYC; and in the Bay Area at UC Berkeley; San Francisco Community Music Center and Theatre Bay Area. A graduate of Columbia University School of International and Public affairs, she speaks French and Russian and has lived and worked in Europe, Russia and Quebec, Canada. Her love of storytelling extends to writing nonfiction, particularly the genre of memoir. As a lifelong amateur pianist, she enjoys playing classical music, jazz and popular melodies with fellow musicians in a chamber trio. Mary Ann and her husband share their home in Fairfax with their dog and cat, and they enjoy spending time with their daughter’s family, including three lively grandkids.
