Ken fell in love with the study of human movement and physiology after being a professional dancer. Back in 2004, Ken worked at the JCCSF as a fitness instructor and now represents several internationally renowned fitness formats and brands including BOSU™, Barre Above™, Tabata Bootcamp™, Balletone™, Fluid Strength™, Gliding™, Extreme HIIT Chaos™ and more.

Ken is devoted to helping people find that inspiring and empowering connection to their own body through a holistic approach to lifestyle and movement therapy. He teaches all formats of dance both for fitness and for stage, indoor cycling, TRX™, Strength and Athletic Conditioning, HIIT, Barre, Foam Rolling for therapy, Senior Fitness, and Bootcamp. As a Master Trainer and Educator for fitness professionals, Ken has worked as a presenter and educator across the U.S. at fitness conventions, certifying teachers and trainers alike in kinesiology and exercise physiology.  He’s thrilled to return to the JCCSF to give back to a community that has been with him throughout his fitness career.
