As a young athlete in Abington, Massachusetts, John found the benefits of strength training and has been passionate about sharing it ever since. With a specialty in core strength, John is a certified strength and conditioning coach and, more recently, became a StrongFirst certified kettlebell instructor. When he’s not helping people tap into their inner and outer strength, he loves hiking, bird watching, reading novels and watching sports.
