Coco specializes in functional strength training. Her body positivity approach helps their clients feel good in their own bodies and develops a more comfortable relationship in a gym environment. Coco’s favorite aspect of being a trainer is establishing long-term connections with clients, hearing their life story, and empowering their relationship with exercise and fitness. When she’s not at the gym, she enjoys hiking, photography, and watching paranormal TV shows.
