Small-Group Personal Training

Ages 18+

Fitness is full of peaks and plateaus. But one thing can be steady – the motivation you get from others.
Our 6-week Personal Training curriculum is specifically designed to give you a full-body workout in a small-group setting and is currently only available for JCCSF Fitness Members.

Feel that welcome, encouraging push in our Small-Group Personal Training session. They’re led by our expert Personal Trainers and are designed to give you customized guidance in a small-group setting of up to six participants.

In this 6-week program, broken into 45-minute weekly sessions, you can register to train once to three times per week, and can expect:

  • Guidance from our top-notch personal training specialists that will keep you inspired and motivated
  • Multi-functional weight, endurance and muscular exercises for a full-body workout
  • Useful and relevant science-based informational resources and videos to teach you the “why” behind the “what” in your program, including: fitness tips, exercise science, nutrition tips, behavior modification tools and more!

How do I purchase a Small-Group Personal Training series?

Stop by or contact the Fitness Floor Desk by calling 415.276.1531 or emailing personaltraining@jccsf.org to purchase and schedule your sessions. 

Can I sign up for additional weekly sessions after my initial purchase?

Absolutely! Contact Ken Scott at kscott@jccsf.org or 415.292.1244 to upgrade your package and schedule your additional sessions.

What do I need to know before taking a Small-Group Personal Training class?

  • Class fees are based on a full 6-week program.
  • Please notify the instructor of injuries or medical conditions.
  • Be respectful of others and arrive to class on time. Late admittance may not be allowed, at instructor’s discretion.
  • Please store gym bags and purses in lockers.
  • Please stay hydrated and bring water to class.

What happens if I miss a session?

Makeup sessions are subject to availability. Please contact Ken Scott at kscott@jccsf.org for more details.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • Class fees are paid during registration.
  • Once payment is processed, fees are nonrefundable.
  • We do not offer makeup classes, refunds or credits for missed classes.
