Small-Group Training

Work with our top personal trainers in our new Training Studio to take your fitness to the next level. Get personalized attention in sessions limited to four participants. Featuring the latest in fitness training and techniques, each four-week series delivers highly efficient and effective workouts. It's fun. It's fierce. It's far from your average workout!

Balance, Bands & Bosus
With Hether Ludwick
This November, join personal trainer, Hether Ludwick, in the Training Lab for Balance Bands & BOSUs, During this 30 minute class, you will improve balance, ramp up your metabolism and increase your core strength. All fitness Levels are welcome.

Recess
With Jennifer White
Recess is not just for kids anymore! Remember when you loved jumping rope, doing obstacle courses, and running relay races? Come find out how you can incorporate the usual squats, lunges and bicep curls into your routine and have it feel more like play and less like work. Get into shape and switch up your routine.

HIIT 30 (High Intensity Interval Training)
With Evan Shapiro
Start your morning off with a bang and get whipped into shape with HIIT fitness training. The class is a combination of hard work, sweat and fun using body weight, plyometrics and ropes. Get you blood flowing and improve muscular strength and endurance.

Mondays: 9:30 – 10:00 am
Thursdays: 7:00 – 7:30 am
Fridays: 9:00 – 9:30 am & 9:30 – 10:00 am

Wonder Women (50 minutes)
With Jennifer Keith
Join other women committed to getting in the best shape possible in this supportive and dedicated group. Challenging workouts and expert instruction help you become stronger, leaner and fitter.

Mondays: 10:00 – 10:50 am
Tuesdays: 11:00 – 11:50 am & Noon – 12:50 pm
