Super Seniors (50 minutes)

Join other active seniors to share wisdom, laughs and workouts. Make your body as strong as it can be while also improving posture, balance and agility.

Tabata Revolution (50 minutes)
With Chris Tozzi
Experience the newest in training techniques and equipment with this high-intensity training style that delivers a calorie drenching workout and post metabolic boost. Use battle ropes, ViPR™, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises to get you in the best shape of your life.
