Body Rock (50 minutes)

Experience the newest in training techniques and equipment with this high-intensity class that delivers a calorie-burning workout and a post-class metabolic boost. Use battle ropes, ViPR™, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises to get you in the best shape of your life.

Wonder Women (50 minutes)

Join other women committed to getting in the best shape possible in this supportive and dedicated group. Challenging workouts and expert instruction help you become stronger, leaner and fitter.

Super Seniors (50 minutes)
With Jennifer Keith
Join other active seniors to share wisdom, laughs and workouts. Make your body as strong as it can be while also improving posture, balance and agility.

Krank Bootcamp (50 minutes)
With Jordan Goldberg
Get ready for the holidays with this high intensity circuit-style workout integrating the Krankcycle for that extra calorie burn! Rejuvenate your workout with planks, kettlebells, TRX®, battle ropes, and the Krank for an overall body blast.
