ACE (American Council of Exercise) – Orthopedic Specialist

My fitness motto is “Never say never!” I competed in my first ultra run when I was 52 years old, and I believe that all my clients, regardless of age, can achieve their goals. No matter your age, your body will respond to exercise. I work with clients who are old and young, fit and not so fit, novices and seasoned athletes (marathoners, triathletes and ultra-distance runners). I see my role as therapeutic: I help people make big lifestyle changes and learn to think differently about health, exercise and – most importantly – themselves.
