*6 months of regular yoga practice and/or Yoga 101 is essential to successful completion of the series. Please, no current injuries.
About the Instructor
Charles S Jasper, PhD, has practiced Vipassana meditation since 1988, and recently completed his fifth 30-day meditation course. He has been studying yoga since the 1970s. As a clinical psychologist in private practice in San Francisco, his long and abiding interest is in integrating these heartfelt spiritual traditions with research-supported behavioral therapy to achieve meaningful change in life. Don't miss Charles' Saturday classes in the Mind-Body Studio: Intermediate Vinyasa (10:30 am - Noon) and Flow Fundamentals (12:30 - 2:00 pm).
