Pilates workshops at the JCCSF Fitness Center bring balance to the body and mind, applying disciplined movement and mindful breathing to address physical, mental and emotional issues and improve overall well-being. Certified instructors guide Members through proper technique and introduce them to props, philosophy and practices that help realign the body, improve flexibility and daily physical activities, strengthen the core and mind-body connection and complement existing workouts.
