Dance Fitness Workouts
Dance fitness workshops at the JCCSF Fitness Center take Members off machines and onto the dance floor for an exciting change of pace. Professional dancers and renowned choreographers provide step-by-step instruction and teach routines set to exhilarating music. New moves and nonstop movement make for increased coordination, a great cardio workout and truly fun fitness.
