Personal Training -- Hiring a personal trainer can increase your chance of success. The JCCSF’s trainers are highly skilled in helping people to reach their fitness goals and can accommodate any schedule.

Fitbit – New to the JCCSF, FitBit is a high-tech pedometer that contains a motion sensor like the ones found in the Nintendo Wii™. The FitBit senses your motion and measures the intensity and duration of your physical activities, your calories burned, the number of steps taken and the distance you have traveled inside and outside the fitness center. Used at night, the device even tracks your sleep.
