Get ready to renew your spirit and experience a restorative effect on your mind, body and soul like no other. This soundscape experience uses chimes, crystal singing bowls, gongs and harp as vibration tools, immersing you in mesmerizing energy.
What to expect?
You’ll feel a warm and soothing energy as soon as you enter our dimly-lit room with therapeutic-themed projections. Like a bath, the collective relaxation will wash over you as your senses are soothed. You may lay down, stretch, or sit, as long as you do not disrupt others.
What to bring?
Wear warm and comfortable clothing (although the space will be heated, it is a large room and may get cold), a yoga mat, a blanket and something to support your head, meditation cushions, socks, eye pillows, a water bottle and anything else that will help you feel cozy – even a teddy bear and your pajamas!
The Sound Sorcery is the sonic healing practice and artistry of Bay Area natives Drew Burch and Kelly Finn. They are regularly featured musicians at Grace Cathedral and wellness centers around California. Their unique immersive approach to sound meditation drops the listener into the center of the sound, suspending them on frequencies specifically tuned to resonate with the human body. By blending reiki and sound bath, The Sound Sorcery offers one-on-one energy clearing for deeper restorative healing.
