Health and Wellness
At the JCCSF, we take health seriously. That's why we present a variety of lectures, fairs and programs on topics from stress and pain management to weight loss and nutrition. We offer a range of free or low-cost, daytime classes and presentations. The JCCSF partners with prominent health care experts and institutions to keep people well-informed and leading long, active lives.
