These programs encourage motor development, flexibility, strength and body awareness.
Exploration of specialized equipment including balance beams, uneven parallel bars, trapeze and
tumbling mats are a component of many of our classes. Our safe, supportive environment enables
children to gain self-confidence, while learning new skills and having fun. There is a low
child-to-coach ratio.
