Holiday Celebrations

The JCCSF is the place to be on December 25. There's swimming, movies, arts and crafts, a service project and an open gym. Bring a picnic lunch and we supply the fortune cookies - after all, it's not the 25th without Chinese Food!

Don't know where to go the day before Thanksgiving? Send your kids to a full day of camp at the JCCSF! We'll make pumpkin pie, create beautiful center pieces for your holiday meal and have lunch at the park. Don't forget your swim suit as we'll have time in the pool, too.

Work together as a family through a series of games and challenges to discover the secrets of the miracle behind this holiday - just like Judah Maccabee! There's also time to create a family shield to take home. Stay for the community candle lighting and dreidel tournament.

For Families

Join us for this very special ceramics playshop where children, with your help, will make their own Seder plates in time for Passover. Families receive step-by-step instructions. Bring your favorite cookie cutters to make decorations. All skill levels welcome. Pieces are glazed and fired at the JCCSF and are ready for pick-up within two weeks of the playshop.

Price is per family making one plate.
$20 for each additional plate per family.

Celebrate the 62nd birthday and independence of the State of Israel. Enjoy an evening of food, friends, and a time to share personal stories about Israel. There will be music, dancing and a special art project for the kids.
