Patron Services and Policies

Ticket Exchanges & Refunds - Subscribers and JCCSF members may exchange tickets of equal value without additional fees. Single ticket buyers may exchange tickets for a fee of $5.00 per ticket exchanged. Additional charges apply to exchanges made to higher priced tickets. There are absolutely no refunds.

Late Seating - We try to begin performances as close to their starting time as possible, so please be on time. If you arrive after the performance has begun, you will be instructed to wait outside the theater balcony until an appropriate interval, as a courtesy to the performers and the other audience members. All late arrivals may or may not be seated, at the discretion of the House Manager. If you are seated, every attempt will be made to place you in your assigned seats; however, we cannot guarantee that we can seat you in your assigned seat. Latecomers that are placed in an alternative seat location are welcome to move to their assigned seat at intermission. Please do not attempt to seat yourself during the performance; the ushers will assist you to a seating area. This policy is designed for your safety and security. We thank you for your cooperation.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets - If tickets are lost, the Box Office will issue new tickets to be left at Will Call. Replacement tickets are available one hour prior to the performance. Please bring a valid photo ID.

Services For Patrons With Disabilities - All events are wheelchair accessible. To request wheelchair seating, please call the Box Office at 415.292.1233 at least 48 hours prior to the event. Assisted listening devices are available at the Box Office beginning one hour prior to each event.

Donate Tickets - If you are unable to use tickets for an event, you may donate your tickets back to the JCCSF. Tickets must be donated at least 24 hours before the event. In return, a tax deduction receipt equal to the face value of the ticket(s) is provided. All donated tickets must be returned to the Box Office in advance of the event.

Reduced Rate Parking - Reduced rate event parking is available for most Arts & Ideas events. Look for the signs or inquire with House Management.
